I mentioned in an earlier posting how the kids love to help when we're making pizzas. Homemade pizza was a tradition in my home growing up, and lately we've been holding Friday night pizza dinners here. I'll usually come home a little earlier from school on these nights to share the chef's hat with an eager kitchen staff.
What can beat 50% whole-wheat dough, thoughtful topping "decoration" and enthusiastic conversation while enjoying a slice or three of great pizza?
